DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for Steyr M-A1 & A2 Full Size

The DPM Recoil Rod is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod and does not change the configuration of the pistol. 

This system works due to the multi spring intricate rod (three springs) and controls the functionality of the pistol. The third spring which is contained within the rod controls the movement of the slide so it never rams on the frame.

The system includes 1 washer and 2 different external springs.

The washer must always be installed when the DPM Recoil Rod and springs are used.

**As we lead the evolution of recoil reduction technology, products may change versions (new design with different springs, with or without plugs, washers, etc.) without any prior notice.**

Power Rates 

Slide on the battery (idle position)

• Short Spring: 10lbs 
•  Long Spring: 11lbs

Total force (slide full open position): 24lbs (approx.)
