Tracking & Shipping Times:
We ship every second day of the week (except of Friday and Saturday), that means that if you make your order during any weekday it will probably ship the same day or the day after as long as everything goes well (payment received without any issues, not during the weekend, item in stock, holidays, etc..).

How Do I Know If The T-Shirt Fits Me?
Step 1: Take the following measurements:
Shoulders, Chest, Shirt Length & Sleeve Length of a T-Shirt you already own.
Step 2: Compare the measurements you took with our size chart below and choose the most similar one.
*If you are having issues fitting your measurements with ours please note that the most important measurements are the Length & Chest.

How to choose the right vest size?
Choosing a vest size if pretty easy, just choose the size you usually wear on a T-Shirt.
All of our vests are customizable meaning that the waist and shoulder areas can be adjusted so choosing your typical T-Shirt size for a vest will provide you the best body fitting for you.

The information you should see over there is:
Pending Payment - Your order has been received but is pending for the payment process. *The system keeps the unfulfilled order and allows you to complete the payment later on by clicking the "Pay" button.
Processing - The order has been paid, we have received it and it's being processed.
On Hold - Awaiting payment – stock is reduced, but you need to confirm payment.
Completed - Your order has been paid for, packed and shipped.
Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled.
Refunded - Your order has been refunded.
Failed - Payment failed or was declined (unpaid). *Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified (PayPal or Credit Card Company)
*After the order has been shipped please give it 24-72 hours for the carrier to scan the tracking/insurance code before trying and track your package down.

Confirmation email - Called: "Your ZAHAL online order [order no.]" - Lets you know that the order has been received by our system and it’s waiting to get packed and shipped.
Drop Ship - Called: "Update to your order number" - Lets you know that your products that are fulfilled by our international partners have been shipped and provides you with the tracking number.
Shipped email - Called: "Your ZAHAL order has been shipped today" - Lets you know that your order has been shipped and provides you with the tracking number of the order (depending on the shipping method selected)

Payment Methods:
PayPal: Our major payment method is powered by PayPal. PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay and get paid online. We have been certified PayPal members since 2001. PayPal has over 203 million active accounts in more than 190 markets worldwide. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and you may also pay with an electronic check. Just choose "Pay with PayPal" and it will lead you through PayPal's secured payment process.
Secure on-line payment: Some people do not wish or are unable to use PayPal. Therefore we offer a secure & safe on-line payment. By choosing the "Secure On-Line Payment" you'll be taken to a secured area that complies with both SSL encryption standards and PCI-DSS data security standards where you can safely fill your credit card and personal information.
Western Union: If you do not wish or unable to use a credit card we also accept payments via Western Union or direct transfers to our bank account. Please choose the third payment option (I do not wish to pay online) and we will email how to make payment using the services of Western Union. As soon as we receive the funds your order will be shipped from Israel.
Returns & Exchange:
ALL RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED but please know the following:
- • Contact us within 14 Days after receiving the item.
- • If you receive a damaged product a full refund or a reshipment will be given immediately.
- • If you receive a wrong product a full refund or a reshipment will be given immediately.
- • Damage created by you or any other person to the product will cancel the products warranty (unless we suggested any kind of modification to the product).
No Longer Interested In The Product?
- • Contact us within 14 Days after receiving the item.
- • A full refund will be given right after we receive the product.
- • Shipping costs will be payed by the buyer and won't be refunded.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for the following return reasons*:
- • Order is unclaimed by customer and returned to Zahal by the shipper.
- • Customs returned the order. (It is the customers responsibility to check local laws before ordering and release the order from customs in your country.)
- • If any item is returned for any reason other than fit or compatibility issues. Zahal reserves the right to charge or waive the restocking fee on a case by case basis.
Important: Zahal does not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping.
Shipping Within the United States
Dear US Customers: Be advised that any rifle/gun accessories purchased on Zahal.org will be drop shipped from our partners FAB Defense warehouse. This is done to speed up the shipping process to you and to follow local laws and regulations. Customer service is handled by Zahal.org.
