Thank you for choosing Zahal – Israeli Tactical Gear. We are dedicated to providing the best Israeli-made tactical equipment to enthusiasts and professionals worldwide.
1. Order Processing & Handling
Dispatch Schedule: We ship orders five days a week, Sunday through Thursday. Please note that Friday and Saturday are non-shipping days in Israel.
Handling Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (1-2 business days), provided the items are in stock and payment is cleared.
Order Tracking: Once your order dispatches, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details (if applicable to your chosen shipping method).
2. Shipping Locations & Warehouses
To ensure the fastest delivery times, we utilize multiple fulfillment centers:
USA Market: For our US customers, we maintain a dedicated local stock for our most popular brands.
Global/Israel Warehouse: Specialized gear and all other brands are shipped directly from our main facility in Israel.
Third-Party Fulfillment: Some items may be drop-shipped via our partners in Greece or the Czech Republic to optimize delivery paths.
3. Brand-Specific Shipping Rules (USA Customers)
For customers located in the United States, the following brands are typically shipped from our US-based warehouses:
Meprolight, FAB Defense, Recover Tactical, Frontline Holsters: Shipped directly from the USA.
DPM Systems: Shipped from the USA. Note: If an item is temporarily out of stock in the US, we will ship it from our European warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
All Other Brands: Shipped directly from Israel.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer several shipping tiers to meet your needs:

5. Shipping Methods & Rates
Free Regular Registered Shipping applies to all orders over $199 USD.
For orders below $199, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected service.

6. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Importer of Record: The recipient is responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Fees: Orders shipped outside of Israel or the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs Delays: Customs offices may occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Zahal.org has no control over these processes.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Zahal.org is not responsible for shipments misdirected due to incorrect address entry.
Restricted Items: It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws. If an item is seized by customs because it is prohibited in your region, we cannot issue a refund.
- Force Majeure: Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by weather, strikes, or holidays are outside of our control.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
While we frequently offer promotional codes, please note the following exclusions:
Non-Discountable Items: Certain products are excluded from all coupon codes and promotional offers.
Identification: These items are clearly marked with a “Non-Discountable” label on the product image.
If your cart contains a “Non-Discountable” item, the discount will only be applied to the other eligible items in your order.
