The DPM Recoil Buffer Kit for AK-47 Rifles replaces the stock buffer with no permanent modification required.  What the DPM Recoil Buffer Kit for AK-47 Rifles does is it gradually slows down the bolt carrier before stopping in the bottom the tube. This is accomplished by the use of a patented multiple number springs & counterweights mechanism that takes much of the recoil and absorbs it between the springs.  This allows the shooter to quickly reacquire the target and absorb less blowback to the shoulder., therefore there is no for a new sights, or any other accessory you own.
