VERY disappointed with my order and the lack of customer service to help deal with the issue. First I received the wrong item in the mail, which was bad enough, but after that I started looking for a return policy which simply says you can return within 14 days, but gives no phone number to call, no link to a customer service rep, not even any instructions on how to process your return! There is no actual contact info listed anywhere on the website, just a vague “Submit your Question” box that probably sends all submissions right into a trash folder somewhere so they can be ignored. I will happily retract this statement if I ever hear from anyone and get my issue resolved, but that seems like wishful thinking at this point. I would strongly advise against sending any of your money to this business.
