The kit includes 5 external springs, 3 x 1.05 mm  wire diameter (long set) and 2 x 1.1mm  wire diameter (shorter set), all with different power rates.

The long set (1.05mm WD) is softer than the short set (1.1mm WD), following below are their power rates table.

DPM for Shadow Systems CR 920 Combat & Elite Version Recoil Spring Assembly Instructions

The DPM for Shadow Systems CR 920 Combat & Elite r  recoil spring system works due to its multi spring rod design (three springs) by producing an advanced recoil reduction technique by gradually slowing the slide down before impacting the frame of the pistol using Spring No. 1 (see fig. below) and Spring No. 2. The third spring (Spring No. 3) which is contained within the rod itself controls the movement of the slide so it never rams on the frame.

Slide on the battery (idle position) 

External Springs 1.05mm  (long set)

• Short Spring: 3.3kgs / 7.3lbs
• Medium Spring: 3.8kgs / 8.3lbs 
• Long Spring: 4.3kgs / 9.5lbs 

External Springs 1.10mm  (short set)

 Slide on the battery 

• Short: 4kgs / 9lbs
• Long: 4.7kgs / 10lbs  

Slide full open position

• Total Force:  5.44kgs / 12lbs (approx.)
