The SA VZ-58 Alpha Handguard is a steel rail system for SA Vz58 rifles. It provides a steady and secure mounting platform for any Picatinny based Optics, Lasers, flashlights or foregrips on the Vz-58 with a quick and easy drop-in installation. The VZ-58 Alpha Handguard replaces the existing handguards. Make this rail work perfectly with your Vz-58 by adding an SA-Vz58 stock

    This was definitely the case with the VZ2008. Needed to grind down both top and bottom interior grooves in order to seat the guard. This also required grinding in the rear of the interior guard in order for it to slide and seat properly. Took about an hour of work.
